• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Consult with managers and colleges to discover Faculty/Staff requirements and specific job objectives

Manpower Project Operations:
•To manage the various activities of the client SABIC.
•Obtain 3rd Party Training & Certification for the Employees under categories of Riggers, Heavy Equipment Operators, Overhead Crane Operators, etc.,
•Prepare Policy & Procedure for the Salary Advance, Salary Payout, Vacation and EOSB.
•Prepare Project Planning, Budgeting and Profit & Loss risk management Reports.

•Assist the employee to obtain Permanent Plant ID.
•Prepare Employee Residence ID(Iqama) and Medical Insurance in coordination with Govt. Relations Department.
•Arrange for PPE and Safety Equipments based on the Plant Requirements.
•Create PO and arrange Quotations for the purchases of the PPEs and Safety Equipments.
•Work on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program, to track the employees Grievances and the solvency ratio of the employee issues as per the company SLA.
•Route the Employee issues to the respective department and follow-up with them to solve the issues at the earliest.
•Employee Annual Vacation Calculation and Ticketing.
•Maintain and update leave summary.
•Annual evaluation project employees as per their contract with company.
•Calculate End of Service Benefits as per Saudi Labor Law.
•On-Arrival Arrangements for the newly Arrived Employees

Mobilization & Deployment
•Assist the recruitment team in mobilizing the selected candidates to the company.
•Coordinate with vendors in countries outside Saudi Arabia.
•Make sure mobilization process is followed properly.
•To create weekly, monthly and annual reports.
•Arrange air tickets coordinating with the ticketing team as and when necessary.
•Arrange airport pickup for the candidates and others as and when required.
•Enter the new employee data into the HR Database System and issue mobilization advice.
•Liaise with the HR team in respect to terms and conditions of employment, letters of contract and other mobilization related documentation
•Help to design/prepare mobilization process.
•Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
•Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
•Coordinate with the Client for Temporary Gate Pass to initiate the deployment procedure of the new employees.
•Prepare ID forms and supporting documents in order to proceed further with the ID process for the specific plant site.
•Coordinate with GR team to visit the plant and assist the employee to obtain the Plant ID.

Payroll and Invoicing
•Time Sheet Entry & Pre-Payroll Processing
•Enter the Employees Time Sheet and Overtime Details.
•Verify the OT Rates, Absent Rates and Leave day payments.
•Enter the Deductible and additional payables to the employees for the month.
•Verify the accuracy of the Admin Charges mentioned for each employee.
•Check the Total Payable to the employees and Receivable from the client.
•Using client SAP Portal to Prepare Invoices to clients.
•Follow-up with the client till the payment release.
•Send verified invoice with all necessary attachments as required by contract (For Manual Invoicing) to client or upload information for approval to client portal.
