Procurement of all engineering goods/materials and services.
Working on analyzing the Request for Supply (RFS)

Ensuring procurement data is appropriately managed and analyzed in order to: anticipate needs; verify purchasing strategies and improve actions in the Company Strategic Cycle.
Coordinating with buyers and warehouse staff so that the material could be cleared and sent to various company sites well on time.
Carrying out Pre-Qualification and Feedback activities within Contracts and Procurement department in order to make available the best Suppliers for category operating in the local market.
Systems used - SAP and Oracle
• Contract Management, Negotiation, Bidding, RFP/RFQ, expert in ERP, Process improvement.
• Making PSA’s for technical procurement.
• Ensures USAID rules and regulations relevant to procurement daily practices are strictly adhered to.
• Maintaining and updating of Contracts, FOG, CASH & In-kind filing and contracts tracking systems.
• Updating Procurement Tracker and Vendor Screening on daily basis by entering data related to Grant’s PO, Service Contract, Invoices / GRN / Waybills
• Identify potential suppliers for a given development project task or related activity, to solicit and collect multiple quotations for all supplies as directed by the Procurement unit in Islamabad and Karachi.
• Provided constant supervision on the program’s technical assistance activities including on-farm demonstrations, training activities and pilot activities which improved both competitiveness at the farm level and efficiency and effectiveness of raw material supply to processors
• Assisted in the development of a monitoring & evaluation system for the project and indication for input and output monitoring within the purview of the project objectives for timely reporting
Working among SAP MM/WM, PP and ABAP professional Consultants with extensive knowledge of implementing and managing large SAP environment
Complete configuration of the SAP system (Master Data, Purchasing, Inventory Management and Invoice Verification).
Responsibilities include, supporting SAP systems within the context of SC operations
To lead a team of 30-40 people, allocating work on sales floor and taking feedback along with monitoring sales as per last year and budget figures. Ensuring that the high merchandising standards are maintained in the store, according to season, trend or best selling items.
