•Assist the maintenance engineering superintendent, maintenance manager and planner with pre-planning of all planned turnarounds, shutdown and special projects including timing, accumulation of jobs lists, ordering of parts and materials, sequencings of jobs around a critical path, sizing of work crews bases on job estimation, and preparation of an overall schedule. During the execution of these projects, monitor and advise the maintenance engineering superintendent of the progress of the work.
•Design preventive maintenance programs for all critical items of machinery and equipment and lubrication programs for all plant machinery. Responsible for the implementation of these programs, monitoring the effectiveness and making the modification as necessary
•Update and maintain a Lubrication manual containing lubricant specifications and lubricating instruction for all plants including all electrical drivers
strong leadership and technical expertise to maintain existing procedures and continuously improvement.
•Recommended measures to improve conditions and operations of machines and equipment.
•Maintained records and tracked work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of equipment and more through computerized system.
•Designed and documented manuals to simplify work for future maintenance departments.
•Repaired/replaced equipment to ensure proper functioning. Follow through to see that corrective action and implemented on efficient and effective timelines
, commissioning and startup and design of new expansion of plant.
•Determines of designing new equipment or modifying existing facilities considering costs, available space, time limitations, and limitations which affect longer range plant and machinery engineering planning.
•Performs technical operational analysis and provides guidance on technical matters relating to the single and multi-stage pumps, forced and induced draft fans, heat exchangers, and other related mechanical equipment.
•Conducting reliability analyses including the use of tools such as FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Cause and Effect analysis and diagrams, flow charting, leading team meetings, maintenance and operations personnel interviews and developing management reports for customer presentation and discussion.
•Reviewing equipment history to identify problem areas and root causes
•Criticality Analysis - Analysis of PM, repair history, production data and business data to identify critical equipment; The Genesis process is to complete criticality work with customers teams of subject matter experts.
•Reviewing, modifying and creating spare parts Bills of Material.
• Identify Critical Spare Parts to include in the BOMs
•Knowledge of the principles of preventive & predictive maintenance, reliability centered maintenance & equipment performance standards
with company’s vendors and supervised subcontractors during various maintenance projects to ensure proper completion of work performed at customers’ facilities
•Develop long term maintenance plan, SWI, SOP for management approval, and to ensure maximum plant availability.
•Directs and coordinates fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and specifications; coordinates operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization.
•Evaluates field installations and recommends design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
•Performs related work as required and other duties as assigned.
