Establishing & monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance in different areas of work development and at various project phases

Implemented several measures to identify defects and non-conformances such as product and process NCR
Reduced the inspection rejection rate by 10% and incidence of defects by 20% by identifying and eliminating the root cause of defects

Supervised inspection of material and construction activities which improved acceptance of work by 95% in FY 2018-19 against 75% in FY 2017-18
