- Supporting Service to the departments in planning, directing, controlling and arranging the logistic operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency by implementing SABB policies & complying with appropriate standards.
- Preparing all the departmental reports & presentations.
Attain dept. Head calls & prepare appropriate reply for his mails using his mail delegation.
- The major challenge is to improve the operational efficiency of Administration of the department to increase the satisfaction of contractors and suppliers.
- Make the domestic & overseas hotel reservations as per the request receive from the staff for Business & Leisure travel.
- Supervised a travel team through out the travel arrangement process.
