Managing Support for Business Applications including Core Reinsurance system Synergy, Microsoft GP and Mystro HR system. Reporting directly to Chief Technology Officer, Enhancement/Implementation of IT systems for the organization, responsible for Risk Analysis, Data security, Gap Analysis & Estimating Budget, provide training to end users, manage change requests, update lesson learned throughout the implementation, analyze the requirements from departments (Facultative, Treaty, Retro and Finance) and provide the detailed analysis for development, coordinating with vendors & stakeholders for smooth functioning of IT Applications.
Managing IT team, reporting directly to Head Of Operations, planning & implementing IT systems for the organization, responsible for feasibility study, gap analysis & estimating budget, defining KPI’s, provide training to end users, document the change requests management, update lesson learned throughout the implementation, analyze the requirements from departments (Marine, FGA, Motor) and provide the detailed analysis for development, coordinating with vendors & stakeholders for smooth functioning of IT Applications.
Gap analysis, writing technical specifications, designing, coding & implementing, involved in system changes, analyzing new requirement, reports, creating and amendments of Oracle Procedures Functions, Packages, Database Triggers, worked on Oracle in-built packages (DBMS_JOB, DBMS_LOB, UTL_FILE, DBMS_TRANSACTION), Tuning the complex queries, Managing schemas. Worked at length in the various back-end packages for enforcing business rules for endorsement processing, policy acceptance, endorsements, premium calculations, claims processing and packages relating to accounting.
Handling:
- Stores, Purchase & Q.A. Modules, Database Updations by using database triggers.
- ADO Controls, coding part, designing aspects, reports standardization, audit trail reports, Ledgers, Application Accessing controls as per ISO Standards.
Designing & developing:
- Database structures (Tables, Indexes, Views, Triggers to implement Business Rules,
Procedures, etc.).
- Purchase requisition module for local requisition or international requisitions.
