* Preparing the list of pending RFEs and assigning it to the team.
* Cross checking all the costing sheets prepared by the team to avoid any errors, before sending it to the sales team.
* Bidding for Tenders/Job in Hand projects for Government, Semi-Government, Hotels, Hospitals, Schools, Data Centers, Universities, Residential & Commercial Buildings.
* Submitting Open & Closed Bid Tenders (Technical & Commercial) for Government & Semi- Government Projects
* Preparing Design & Estimation for ELV & ICT Systems based on the Specifications, Drawings & Schematic Diagrams received from Client & Contractors.
* Preparing Structured Cabling Design as per latest TDRA regulations.
* Providing the best design and competitive pricing by selecting the best suitable product as per project requirements.
* To make sure that all the designs are in line with the project requirements & Authority Regulations.
* Applying value engineering wherever necessary on the BOQ to reduce the cost of the project.
* Attending Technical Meetings with the MEP Contractors to qualify the quote technically.
* Building up strong relationships with manufacturers and bringing out best-discounted project pricing.

* Providing the best design and competitive pricing by selecting the best suitable product as per requirements.
* To make sure that all our designs are in line with the requirements of projects.
* Applying value engineering where ever necessary on the BOQ in order to reduce the cost of the project.
* Working closely with the MEP Contractors and assuring them we provide our best service.
* Conducting Technical & Commercial Meetings with the MEP Contractors to finalize the quoted projects.
* Building up strong relationships with manufacturers and bringing out best discounted project pricing.
* Preparing Material Submittal up on receiving LOI from the customer.
