 Assisting, supporting and reporting directly to the Division Director.
 Designing and controlling the project schedule.
 Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value.
 Delegating tasks to team members.
 Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
 Ensuring deadlines are met.
 Providing administrative support.
 Organizing project team / stake holder meeting and recording minutes.
 Handling petty cash & financial queries.
 Update/Manage: Budget Impact sheets, Project CV Tracker, vessel Mob/Demob changes and Project Team Matrix per assigned projects
 Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
 Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
 Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
 Ensuring project deadlines are met.
 Determining project changes.
 Providing administrative support as needed.
 Developing project strategies.
 Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
 Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
 Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training to the employees.
 Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.

 Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
 Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
 Assures that no incident or near miss goes unreported, including assuring investigation, accurate determination of root causes and consequent preventive and corrective actions are taken.
 Performance of such other tasks, duties and responsibilities as may be needed or requested from time to time, by the management.
