• Measure, monitor and facilitate existing practices, policies and procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to support a streamlined, efficient HR organization
• Responsible for advising managers in the implementation of Human Resource practices.
• Manage the daily operations and act as supervisor of the HR team.
• Oversee completion of key administrative HR processes (e.g., staff contracts, holidays, general work permit issues payroll, benefits, relocation management, terminations etc.) to ensure effectiveness and accuracy in implementation and execution.
• Ensure optimal use of HR database across the organization and the production of HR reports on key HR KPIs and statistics.
• Develop, manage and implement the training policy and is responsible of the relevant annual budget.
• Manage the appraisal and performance tools in Headquarters and Regional Offices.
• Lead specific HR projects upon request of CEO.
• Provide advice on conflict management.
• Responsible for the efficient organization of the Business Area in relation to hours planning, productivity levels, absence management and holiday planning to agreed service level.
• To liaison with Employee Relation Advisors and external organizations on business related issues e.g. Employment Tribunals.
• Support the development of HR user guides, and job aids for HR applications as well as keep updated

• Responsible for advising managers in the implementation of Human Resource practices.
• To have a good working knowledge of payroll and personnel systems.
• Responsible for the efficient organization of the Business Area in relation to hours planning, productivity levels, absence management and holiday planning to agreed service level.
• To demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation to enable us to support our Co-workers.
• To arrange manpower planning and job analysis, as advised for.
• To arrange interviews of the employees and complete all clerical formalities
• To liaison with Employee Relation Advisors and external organizations on business related issues e.g. Employment Tribunals.
• To carry out assigned job by the CEO.
• To carry out routine jobs and to complete all formalities of employees from appointment till removal
• To look into business development strategies in liaison with the CEO.
• To acknowledge the procedure of termination, dismissal and to complete other formalities as provided by Manager Admin.
• To check maintenance of forms, registers, and record of subordinate managers.
• To acknowledge individuals grievances.
• To maintain all important documents on the behalf of the CEO
• To maintain daily, weekly, monthly and yearly work schedule for the CEO
• To manage traveling schedule of the CEO
• To maintain the incoming and out-going mails
• To fax and maintain fax record
• To follow ISO standards.
• Attend calls directed to CEO in his absence
• Taking minutes of the meeting
• To ensure that pre meeting requirements are met.
• To foresee arrangements for in-house meetings.
• To ensure CEO’s work space remains presentable.
• To look presentable to accompany the CEO at executive meetings.
• Must fill all applied standards on an individual. Non conformity will affect salary or annual increments.

• Conducting comprehensive employee’s familiarization program for the new hires.
• Assist employees with general HR questions and policies & procedures.
• Administering attendance and payroll management.
• Preparing summary of employee’s annual performance for increments and promotions.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of all employees and submit report to management as and when required.
