My Prime responsibilities is to look after all the maintenance issues on the floor related to machines with increasing efficiency of the machines if possible.
I m leading the overall staff of 46 person for supporting me.
• Major responsibility includes all problems related to machines.
• Staffs of 48 emloyees are under my supervision, all support me in maintenance and breakdown problems.
• Arrangement of spares for machine and if needed to modify to make proper plan for execution.
• Make plant condition proper and make arrangement to maintain compliance issues.
• Plan and execute monthly and annual maintenance of the machines.
• Modification of the machine if required also plan and execute smoothly.

• Consulting with machine supplier for new machines specification.
• Co-ordination with machine supplier for the erection and commissioning of new machines.

• Maintain efficiency of the machine to maintain the production of pace according to the requirement of upper management.
Instrument and control
• Installation of flow meter for steam, gas and water.
• Installation of actuating valves, slow opening valves for energy conservation.
• Maintain proper working of all the instrument and co-ordinate with supplier for spare parts.
SCADA (Siemens)
• Design and implement scada for the processing plant in which all the utility consumption of machine monitored and control accordingly.
• Monitoring of energy consumption of the machine using JANITZA energy analyzer.
• Monitoring of flow, water, gas and steam on each machine also record it so we can have reports of each consumption anytime.
• Monitoring and recording of speed of the machine also calculating running hours of the machine so we can have better analysis on each machine
• Making Preventive maintenance schedule of the machines.
• Planning of maintenance department with the co ordination of other engineers.
• Preparation of annual account for the machines, specifying allocation of budgets to them as well.
• Making a list of spares required for the maintenance and emergency breakdown of the machine and also keep the critical spares updated.
• Co ordination with the vendors and dealers of spare parts and arrangement of the part, if available and if not then make the substitute of the part.
• Having experience of working on modern electronic control systems like, Bianco, Mahlo, Processing Lab Machineries, Engraving Department and color kitchen.
• Make the list of all faulty items whether repairable or not and if not arrange its repairing inhouse or outside or else make the substitute of the item.
• Calibration and trouble shooting of modern electromechanical process instruments like
o Gas flow meters, Water flow Meters, Steam Flow Meters, Control valves.
• Necessary backup present of all the PLC softwares installed in our machines. Arrange a training program on PLC softwares and its firmware so that it facilitates our technician.
• Regarding energy conservation, some modifications were made under my surveillance with detailed diagrams in order to increase the efficiency of the machine.
• Repairing of different kinds of inverters DC drive and different control equipment.
• Making centralized tool shop for the mill.
• Encouraging team work with efficient communication between all the workers.
.• Working as a head of UNIT # 02 with a team of 04 members.
• Took Part in erection and commissioning of dyeing range.
• Troubleshooting & maintenance of dyeing and finishing machines.
• I have worked on different PID control systems.
• Repairing and maintenance of Inverters like Lenze, Puma & LG AC motor inverters
• Repairing and maintenance of DC drives like Minisemi (AEG) & Simoreg (Siemens) DC Motors drives.
• S7 300, S7 400 & S5 Plc based systems.
COMPLETED ALL THE LABS WITHIN SHORTEST TIME AND GOT BEST STUDENT AWARD.
