RBI:
• Carrying out the RBI study plan with RBI Specialist and progress reporting against plan.
• Update the inspection data base and modify inspection schedule based on RBI methodology for the future inspection
• Define corrosion loops, describe degradation mechanisms of each process.
• Verification of inspection locations and non-destructive testing (NDT) activities.
• Prepare turnaround inspection requirements for RBI together with the site inspector.
• Document RBI studies and recording criticality assessments for the RBI Specialist.
• Develop operating windows.
• Develop and update a project plan for the implementation of RBI studies of facilities.
• Manage the project and manpower of the RBI group to reach the target.
• Conducting follow-ups with maintenance planning to ensure the inspection activities as established by RBI are scheduled.
• Preparing management reports and corrosion loop documentation for the corrosion loop documentation for the corrosion manual
Inspections:
• Analysis of inspection and process data
• Improve current inspection approach, strategy and frequency
• Develop strategies to reduce cost, reasonable inspection interval and improve inspection techniques of static equipment-vessels, storage tanks & piping.
• Organize the resource planning of inspection team and other contractors for implementation.
• Equipment inspection scope preparation
• External inspection procedure & checklist preparation as per inspector’s comments and submission for review.
• Review process data & operation shift log
• Monthly meeting presentation preparation.
• Inspection Scope preparation for VDU Shutdown March 2014.
