kg/yr steam losses (est. PKR 16.9M), directly informing energy optimization decisions.
• Developed layered P&ID diagrams for steam and condensate systems with drip leg valve mapping, enhancing operator troubleshooting
capability during steam hammering events.
• Enforced LOTO, equipment isolation, and permit-to-work (PTW) compliance across all maintenance activities; promoted to expanded
operational responsibilities within six months.

• Supported planned maintenance of Wartsila 34DF dual-fuel engine; assisted control room operations and developed working knowledge of
power plant safety protocols and engine auxiliary systems (lube oil, fuel, cooling, and exhaust).
