Area of Responsibility-
•Project Planning, scheduling, Erection and Fabrication, Repair, Operation &maintenance.
•Capex Management for LPG Bottling plants and Cylinder Manufacturing Plant.
•Liaison Effective and Optimizing Supply Chain management of stocks for LPG Bottling Plants.
•Efficient planning of Materials and Models to develop with Lean approach.
•Root Cause Analysis of Customer Complaints and process improvements.
•All Plant Machineries and equipment's ( Air Compressor, Genaretors, 1MW online UPS, Transformer, Boiler, chain conveyor, Pumps, Ship Engines and equipment's, Heat treatment unit, painting unit, hydraulic machineries, carousel, etc) maintenance operations.
•Project Management of 2000 MT, 300 MT LPG storage and Bottling plant ( Unit -3 and unit
-4) at Gazipur and Bogura.
•Project Management of 5000 MT LPG and propane storage Tank at mother plant..
•Handling 16500 DWT CBM jetty.
•Analyzing and Optimizing Plants Internal cost, labor management and New Vendor developer for Cost optimization.
•Define Scope of construction, preparation of BOM, BOQ etc for quotation, comparison study of technical proposal.
•Handling 4 LPG Bottling plant and one Cylinder Manufacturing Plant Operations and Maintenance.
•All Plants Capital Machineries Procurement, installation and scheduling maintenance etc.
•Managing 45 Transport Fleet operation and maintenance.
•Preparation & planning budget of AOP (annual operation planning)
•Dealing with all local & foreign vendors regarding all kinds of fabrication job, spares etc..
•Planning, Analyzing, Scheduling, Installation of EPC Project.
•Machineries Process planning, installation feasibility study/checking of plant.
•Overall process management assessing of LPG plant's and Cylinder manufacturing plant .
•Dealing with foreign principle regarding LPG cylinder plants and LPG Bottling pants machineries procurement & installation.
•Analyze current procedures and activities to identify opportunities for improvement of workshop activities.
•Analyze and highlight any cost spillage and suggest corrective action to minimize such conditions.
•Optimizing the project cost by minimizing rework in mechanical/Civil/Electrical engineering activities by close monitoring of work in progress.
•Ensure that all mechanical/Civil works are being carried out by the Contractor without any deviation from budgeted cost and specified timeline.
•To supervise the workshop, Plan and adjust the workloads of department personnel to match their skills and abilities to achieve maximum productivity.
•Ensure that the department is adequately staffed to achieve objectives, and that technicians are aware of procedures for using new products and equipment.
•Orient new team members to familiarize them with work surroundings and explain job expectations, procedures and duties.
•Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area.
•Conduct annual Performance Appraisal for workshop staff.
•Evaluate the impact of work delays, interruptions or changes in plans due to sickness or vacations and develop appropriate alternative courses of action.
•Review customers' service orders and inspect the quality of a technician repairs before the release of the vehicle.
•To be responsible for general order & cleanliness in the Workshop.
•Managed a team of 42 professional automobile technicians.
•Plan and adjust the workloads of department personnel to match their skills and abilities.
•Plan and prepare annual budget for the department and facilities, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Follow up closely during implementation.
•Handling technical inquiries from customers, After Sales Dept. as well as Sales Dept.
•Handling workshop equipment (pump, compressor, hydraulic lift, Aligner) and tools ordering, upgrading and repairs if required.
•Supervised Preventive maintenance service(PMS) Engine and transmission over hauling operations
•Making Technical report (TR/STR) //FIR(field incident report) for any special incident to the manufacturer..
•Preparing proposal for annual budget for the workshop tools and equipment's.
•Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer complaint by using consult-II, III, plus.
•To Startup the production line ensuring the all utility of production line.
•Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
•Making weekly and monthly report for the unit.
•Supervising and motivating a team of members, supervisors & workers.
•Generating maintenance shift report.
•Collecting information from shift supervisor & operator & make those as a summary.
•Ensure proper maintenance of all machines & equipment's.
•Issue raw materials.
•Ensuring the work instructions & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is followed.
•Ensuring proper shift hand over & take over with following officer.
•Coordinate with maintenance Team to ensure safe functioning with proper maintenance to ensure smooth and continuous production.
