Deliver world-class service to all premium customer /airline/airport cargo operation
Respond to customers' phone/email enquiries in a timely manner and generate enquiries.
Follow up the VIP customer regarding their cargo, provide high standard services at customer care main lobby.
Maintain detailed documentation and filling.
Coordinate with the relevant airline cargo department in order to communicate clearly with customers regarding operational discrepancies
Creating shipping documents, including bills, invoices/DO and gate pass.
Handling Import Documents, notifying consignee of the arrival of freight and collects payment for handling charges
Feedback on customers complains via the phone and email in a timely and appropriate manner. Coordinate with the relevant airline cargo department in order to communicate clearly with customers regarding operational discrepancies which have resulted in customer dis-satisfaction.
Liaison with Cargo Reservation, Outstations, Sales and Operation teams to respond to shipments query and report status back to the customers
Document all activities for quality and metrics reporting through the i cargo application
Ensure mis-routed, offloaded, delayed, lost shipments are tracked and timely communicated and follow up is given to the customers
Communicate and keep in touch with operation team to ensure that all customers and outstations staff issues are resolved satisfactorily
Handle irregularities or discrepancies and ensure the concerned departments are involved in resolving the issue
Lead the air export documentation in all operations disciplines
Liaise with airlines/transporters for incoming and outgoing cargo movement and storage.
Labeling/marking and manifestation of cargo for airport.
Develop and expand customer relationships.
Handling DGR shipment and documentation.
Ware housing and airport operation
Perform export custom clearance
Assembles cargo according to destination.
Ensure customers are handling in a efficient pleasant manner.
Ensure Shipment are checked for being ready for carriage.
Prepares manifest to accompany shipments.
Weighs items and determines cost, using rate book.
Responsible for the HR function in Security division
•Provide senior management and others with various types of employee reports including attrition, absence, compensation, annual leave, overtime costs and headcount
•Admin & security department’s files and information, workshops, meetings and other interactions with various individuals.
•Security responsibilities including CCTV, Scanners & Walkthrough gate, Computerized ID check.
•Responding to issues based on generated Internal and external emails.
•Ensure office equipment is maintained & is ready for any sort of use especially for weekly or monthly meetings.
