As an Engineer-
1. Comply with safety aspects like permit to work procedure, best operating practice, and risk assessment before commence any work as well as reporting near misses.
2. Responsible for LV and HV switchgear Operation and Isolation Switching of 132KV grid sub-station and lock out and tag out.
3. Carry out maintenance like-oil insulation test, oil clean and moisture removing, gas alarm to increase dielectric strength of 2x60MVA, 11KV/132KV Transformers and HI pot tests- IR CT (Turns Ratio, Excitation, Polarity and Knee Voltage), and VT ratio and VLF Tan Delta test.
4. Maintenance of CHINT 230KV SF6 3 pole Circuit Breakers, CT and VT, Isolator and earth switch.
5. Operation of 11KV, 20 MVAR power factor improvements (PFI) unites.
6. ABB switch gear (ABB Safe plus model C, V, AX1, ZS1 VD4, ZS1, ABB Unigear, REF542 plus Switchgear).
7. Schneider Electric MASTERPACT-NW25H, 2500A, LV Air Circuit Breaker (ACB).
8. Lead and manage sub-ordinates at plants.
9. Testing and commissioning of electrical equipment and calibration sensors, engine modules and troubleshoot faults appear in generator as well as IC gas engine.
10. As a team lead carry out alternator removal, shaft alignment alternator coupling, bus bar connecting, AVR wiring, and AVR settings adjustment, insulation testing, rotating diode assembly inspection and exciter testing, repair and bearing replacement.
11. Interpretation manuals and drawings, tracing faults, prepare reports, briefing reports.
12. Fault finding of different kind of motors, winding insulation testing, dismantle, repair, bearing replacing of motors, radiator fan motors, fans and engine starter motors at plants.
13. Worked on PLC based and conventional control systems and equipment.
14. Hands on experience on SCADA, RS-View automations and Modbus Protocol, configuration.
1. Planning and estimating cost on projects.
2. Prepare electrical drawings and specifications.
3. Operation & maintenance, facility management and installation of power substation.
4. Planning and implementing electrical wiring in multi storage building and garments factory.
5. Estimating and installation power sub-station up to 400KVA and generator installation up to 300KVA.
6. Manage and lead a team of technicians about 15 persons.
