• Design training programs for all Darycet staff & trainings appropriate to the skills needed.
• Developing of appropriate mandatory HSE training matrixes for all employees.
• Ensuring that accurate database of HSE trainings is maintained against all employees.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of HSE training solutions and changes to ensure a high quality and competency.
• Submit regular reports to the HSE Manager on the status of the HSE training program.
• Analyze trends and patterns to make recommendations for improvements.
• Participate in JRA meetings.
• Permit to work awareness training to personnel.
• Provide HSE advice to supervisors and workers.
• Compiles weekly & monthly job reports and documentation.
• Ensure the implementation of adequate HSE measure on jobsite.
• Ensuring that all HSE risk are identified, assessed and controlled before job operations are carried out (WALK THROUGH)
• Inspection and validation of Permit to work (PTW) before job commences.
• Co-ordinate Tool Box and Pre-job talk.
• Provide HSE advice to supervisors and workers.
• Ensure adequate PPE compliance by personnel before and during job operation.
• Ensures consistency in the application of permit to work at location and oversees the permit process from issuing to closing out.
• Check that work is within the project work activities pack.
• Check to ensure isolation and associated boundaries and that hazards control measures of the permit are
