• Responsible for renewal of company trade license, establishment card, medical insurance policy, employment visas
• Personnel record-keeping, maintenance of MIS. Proactively manage the timely application and renewal of all employment visas and labor permits by coordinating with the PRO
• Creating HR policies, job descriptions, preparation of Employee Handbook and joiners, HR Forms (performance appraisal questionnaire, employee satisfaction questionnaire etc.)
• Ensuring that on a monthly basis the joining formalities are completed in order to ensure that the employee is included in the payroll of the month
• Recommended and implemented organizational changes by reviewing organization structure periodically
• Addressing employee grievances and take necessary action as and when required
• Liaising with the government bodies for trade licenses renewal.

Finance - Roles and Responsibilities
• Entering accounts payables and non-media related expenses in Accounting Software
• Managing the cash flow of the company’s accounts
• Preparing payments for accounts payable/non-media expenses
• Monthly/Quarterly reconciliation of all accounts
• Handling monthly payroll
• Assisting on reporting (Budgeting, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Sales and Cost Figures, Revenue and Gross Profit Reports)
• Working with the Managing Director/CEO to enable the smoothest possible financial operation of the company
• Negotiating exchange rates with banks and currency houses, and payment terms with clients and suppliers
• Liaising with the media team for the preparation and issuance of media insertion and booking orders
