Coordinates, monitors and improves field service activities of a team of Service Technicians and Engineers that works overhauling, commissioning, maintenance and other service work related to oil & gas, cold storage, and industrial refrigeration.

Being able to travel to our headquarters in Japan to have a special training for cost control, sales monitoring, scheduling, and other related works for administration.

Work Responsibilities as below:
1. Responsible for scheduling appointments and dispatching service technicians as needed.
2. Works closely with service management to ensure customers are provided highest level of services and field personnel have the information to successful.
3. Coordinate field service technicians and communicate with all the staff before dispatching to work in the field.
4. Ensure that cost was controlled and expenses are within the limit.
5. Provide quotation, Order acknowledgement, invoicing when needed.
6. Any other duties as assigned.

➢ Check for the supplies as a stock in the unit.
➢ Prepares and types a variety of correspondences as required by the department.
➢ Logs incoming and outgoing documents for easy tracking records.
➢ Responsible for delivering urgent documents within and outside the department, whenever is needed.
➢ Prepares monthly statistics report.
➢ Attends and take minutes of meeting (summary of meeting)
➢ Prepares warehouse request related to all the items issued and log it in the ORACLE SYSTEM.
➢ Monitors the daily receiving and preparing report to be submitted to the Department Director.
➢ Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the department in charge.
➢ Maintains work operations by following approved policies and procedures of the Department and the Unit.
➢ Communicates with the colleagues and the hospital staffs at work and respecting the Department Organizational Structure and maintains professional relationship at all time.
➢ Assists staffs in borrowing equipments and tools in the unit.
➢ Promptly reports any problems encountered during duty.
➢ Provides cross over to other areas as necessary upon the discretion of the Director of Nursing.
