Job Responsibilities:
• Carry out all duties in QA/QC Department.

• Responsible for coordinating and monitoring of corrective action request to concerned
suppliers/subcontractors, as well as, review of effectiveness of corrective action response.
• Formulates activities to improve yield and reduce scrap in all areas of production.
• Improved quality reduced turnover and safer working environment in the production.
• Responsible for conducting root cause analysis, recommend corrective and preventive action on problems
related to the implementation of quality improvement.
• Responsible for technical analysis and production support for quality problems.
• Monitors and ensures compliance of all concerned individual to documented procedures and specifications
pertaining to quality improvement.
• Promote, improve, and maintain the safe condition of our company thru application of safe work methods,
practices, acquisition of safe machines, equipments, materials, and implementation of company wide
Safety Programs at all times.
• Lead the production team for the tool box meeting.
• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for
developing this attitude in others.

• Assists the company in quality, environmental, health and safety (QEHS) functions.
• Provide admin, logistic and technical support in all aspects of QEHS.
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-mail, phone and other electronic medium.
• Identify and advise on operational issues in client computer system.
• Responsible for ensuring that the site has been customized to satisfy a customer’s wants and needs.
• Updating security and changing of client’s username and password as required.
• Maintain and develop QEHS management systems within the company.
• Coordinate, support and follow-through on internal and external audits.
• Maintain QEHS management system to comply with ISO and other certification requirements.
• Maintain customer’s company legal register.
• Monitor and update the online EHS legislation of Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines.
• Assists consultant in various consultancy projects pertaining to QEHS.
• Performs any other tasks that may be assigned to support company goals and objectives.
