• Handled 250 plus Win XP & Win server 2003 network.
• DNS, Active Directory, GPO & DHCP configuration, management & troubleshooting.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Exchange 2003 server.
• Installation, Configuration and management of ISA server 2004.
• Responsible for backup using window backup utility (System State, Exchange mailboxes, user data),
• Managing antivirus server Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition 9
• Monitor and ensure all servers, switches & routers run efficiently with ManageEngine OPManager.
