It’s a leading manufacturer of Home appliances such as washing machine, Air Cooler, Mixer, Home Theater, Heater, Tower fan etc .I am handling Assembling shop floor as well as injection moldings shop floor entire branch of the Washing machine and Cooler dept .
Responsibility of managing complete plant operations, complete control on production and planning including maintenance, overseeing the generation of maximum profitability and ensuring full production levels were met while simultaneously performing safety, quality, cost and inventory within operating budget constraints
Job Responsibilities:
•Plan, organize, supervise, and implement lean manufacturing procedures following standard industry regulation and quality assurance methods
•Supervise assembly workers to produce high quality product based on manufacturing drawing
•Analyze product statistics and prepare production budgets and timelines every week.
•Accountability for forecasting and planning overhead expenditures and approving all in factory purchasing requisitions as well as an amendment to supplier agreements.
•Oversee that all quality and safety protocols are followed from the beginning to end of each production process.
•Budget planning for CAPEX projects and processing time.
•New products/ projects investments and variants management.
•Assembly line improvements, project reviews and set up
•Manufacturing Plan and layout, Control plan and error proofing.
•Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation and monitoring of WCM processes, change management process and best practice
