1. Create data mining architectures, coding standards, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies.
2. Devise, develop, and deploy required data queries in response to business user needs.
3. In conjunction with data owners and department managers, develop data models and protocols for mining production databases.
4. Assist in the development of data management policies and procedures.
5. Work with Supervisor to develop and standardize reports and dashboards that improve understanding of customer behaviour.
6. Define/Refine reports and ensure that they are created in a timely manner with the required levels of accuracy.
7. Ensure data integrity of reports generated by IT/DWH through carrying out sanity checks with other data sources and conducting necessary investigations to reach data integrity and accuracy.
8. Interpret the financial significance of Operational & Commercial KPIs.
1. Develop Commercial KPIs Reports and Dashboards on an ongoing basis across broad parameters including Subscribers, Revenue, Recharge, Minutes of Usage, and ARPU using MS Office and DWH/Business Intelligence Tools.
2. Work with MIS to develop further reports to improve understanding of customer behaviour.
3. Define/Refine reports and ensure that they are created in a timely manner with the correct information.
4. Ensure data integrity of reports generated by IT/DWH through carrying out sanity checks with other data sources and conducting necessary investigations to reach data integrity and accuracy.
5. Obtain, document, and analyze Korek Telecom reporting needs and requirements through collaboration with department leaders.
6. Translate reporting needs into production reports and dashboards.
7. Work across functional lines to strive for and ensure consistent data quality.
8. Conduct a continuous review of reports and identify opportunities for improvements with the aim of minimizing redundant reporting and developing a single source of truth where possible.
9. Interpret the financial significance of Operational & Commercial KPIs.
10. Assist in the analysis and development of new pricing structures and promotions.
11. Perform trending and critical analysis to highlight issues and draw possible conclusions as to their causes.
12. Develop strategies and procedures to maintain ongoing data integrity.
13. Produce periodic reports as defined by the Management Team to include daily, weekly, monthly statistics.
14. Analyze reports and draw key insights that are reviewed by management weekly.
15. Identifying and initiating changes in reports to keep pace with an ever-changing environment while maintaining deadlines.
16. Interpret the financial significance of Operational & Commercial KPIs.
Preemptive Love Coalition/WorkWell - Iraq Program
- Deliver classes as an instructor of the cohort of Machine Learning Microwork and Data Analytics using Excel.
- Responsible for onboarding the workers on the used platforms, testing, and troubleshooting as -necessary.
- Understand client requirements, and translate those requirements into guides and training materials.
- Deliver training prior to and during project deployment.
- Responsible for client orientation and success.
- Track and report the workers’ progress.
- Responsible for doing the Quality Assessment Check.
- Responsible for building, deploying, and retaining the first digital workforce in Iraq.
- Responsible for building an interactive community with the workers and teaching them to use tools
such as Slack, Jira, and the platforms required for work.
- Responsible for helping to create employment opportunities for Re:Coded graduates.

- Responsible for administrative tasks, keeping paperwork organized and updated, coordinating the day-to-day logistics of training, and communicating actively with the Re:Coded team in Erbil and Istanbul.
- Help build and maintain strong partnerships with the private sector and other key stakeholders.
- Full Stack Web Development: Intranet - Web Portal development with Laravel, MySQL.
Fraud Management Project coordination: contacting vendors via email.

- Collect CDRs (Call Detail Reference) files that contain (calls, SMS, internet service....etc) information from the mobile communication system.
- Generate Reports to the CTO containing details about revenues, service coverage, active users, etc.
- Import (load) CDRs data into the database (Oracle).
- Ensure data availability.
- Coordinate and work with other technical staff to develop relational databases.
- Identify inefficiencies in current databases and investigate solutions.
