My responsibility is to manage the services like Del, PBX, ISDN, ADSL, IOE, IPVPN, Leased Line, UCaaS, VsaaS, PRI, and SIP Trunk etc. provided to the SMB, Enterprise and TOP34 Customers by ETISALAT. According to the service required by the clients, alignment with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivered to the client on time with quality.
•Responsible for designing proposals for SMB, Large Enterprises and Govt. Sector based on RFPs (Request for Proposals)
•Coordination with Business, Marketing and Solution Architect teams in solution designing (HLD/LLD) for L2/3 services, Advanced MPLS (VPLS, L2VPN, L3VPN), Global VPNs.
•Conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) and Demonstration to customers to explore the technical characteristics of the requirements.
•Project Documentation covering entire technical framework to proceed with effective execution of projects
•Supporting TOP 34 companies in the UAE in different Data and Non-Data Services hosted by Etisalat MPLS cloud such as Internet (GPON/ADSL), Internet leased line, IPVPN, NVPN & GVPN.
•Monitoring critical Data circuits for Business customers and arranging with concerned Engineering and Field support sections to enhance the performance of the network on a 24/7 basis.
•Undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources.
•Handling technical escalations from Engineering and Field support sections.
•Reporting the status of different circuits and networks to the top management including Directors, VP, SVP and CTO.

•Exposure to Windows Backup and System Recovery.
•Administration of Proxy server and IIS 6.0.
•Configuration and troubleshooting of Print Server and Printers.
•Responsible for daily operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LAN and Windows based desktop support.
•Implementation and troubleshooting of hardware devices, drivers and software’s.
•Managing and troubleshooting CISCO WEBEX (A Web meeting application provided by CISCO)
