Description: Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) needed a solution for their Correspondence Management needs. Correspondces needed to be sent internally as well as externally from ADFCA. Similarly, letters received from external parties needed to be stored electronically. The system was designed to offer all the required functionalities of workflow management, inbox management, electronic signatures, alternative approval workflows, distribution and archival of the correspondences.

Also, the existing Webtop based system was converted to xCP based system, with minimal disruption for the production users.

It incorporates complex logic for determining the risks / threats involved while inspecting a customs consignment, and his highly customizable. It's a Java application that integrates with Siebel as the workflow system. It uses a custom based (self-developed) UI and validation framework for the risk profile creation and modification.
