* Ensure that the daily Schedules are prepared with accuracy under BCM with the regular updates such as programs,
Episodes, News Bulletins, Commercials, Channel Identity, Break bumpers, Title Bugs, Next Later, Promos,
Fillers - News/Life Style/Program etc.
* Allocate the appropriate programs and enter numbers into the BCM database for all materials delivered to the
department.
* Ensure the availability and the tracking of material to the promotion team to enable the on-time delivery of promotion.
* Supply information lists to the department (including transmission dates after confirming with planning) of
materials.
* Ensure that the promos / advertisements are delivered to play-out on time.
* Coordinates with the Sales Team regarding the Commercials, advertisements, promos and sponsorship timings as
per the deals with clients.
* Verify on air logs to ensure that they contain correct program information and commercial content.
