Maintaining and updating a record of all the incoming technical parts in the system WMS.
Handling inventory projects, and creating project plans for an easy and convenient issuance of the materials.
Performing daily inventory procedures on the available aircrafts parts.
Creating monthly reconciliation report of all the incoming and the outgoing materials.
Creating invoices and delivery advices of any parts to be shipped

Performing stocks checks according to the system generated list of tools and inventories.
Performing deep physical inspection of aircraft parts and assuring the availability of all required release certificates are present.
Making sure of these parts are fit to be used according to the airlines quality while working on the good-inwards section of the stores.
Raising SQN (stores quarantine notification) of those parts which found physically damaged or lacked proper documented certificates.
Attending calls, answering customer inquiries, processing complains and booking there orders online and tracking there orders as requested.
Inputting data’s into the system (MS excel) from the invoices provided.
Entering sales details such as final amount, date of sales of the specific product and the invoice number.
Printing and filing the final template in a form of a hardcopy.
Calculating the total amount of sales done at the end when all the data’s have been inputted.
Inputting data’s provided in a form of hardcopy in to the system (Qualtrics)
Entering patients personal details into the system Comparing the results of the data’s entered by extracting them from the systems in a form of graphical representation of the information entered. Creating final detailed comparative reports, with the aid of information gained from the system and forwarding them to the supervisor.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed under the specified deadline.
Compiling and filing the printed reports in an orderly timed manner.
