Duties included studying project documents ( Specs, drawings and contract ), implementation and
Supervision for all Mechanical Systems, inspect, review and approve for all mechanical works,
installations, tests, shop drawings, submittals, materials, MIR, IR, quantity survey, invoices and bills of
quantities to ensure compliance with standard, specifications, international and local code, Quality
controlling by monitoring the project works(progress, quality & time), Time controlling by reviewing the
time schedule, project progress and raising the corrective decisions in case of delays with the project
management, Day-to-day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the site labor
force, Review the letters and MOM’s regarding any mechanical issues, Review the MEP contractor’s
claims & Variations, Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly,
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications, Oversee
quality control and health and safety matters on site, Checking and preparing site reports as required,
handover the mechanical systems to facility management, follow up the mechanical snag list.
