Managing sales and providing new products and services for customers, studying market and following customers needs
1)Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
2)Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
3)Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
4)Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

5)Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
6)Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
7)Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
8)Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
9)Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

1) Plans and arranges social, cultural, and recreational activities of various student groups, according to university policies and regulations: Meets with student and faculty groups to plan activities.

3) Schedules events to prevent overlapping and coordinates activities with sports and other university programs.
4) Contacts caterers, entertainers, decorators, and others to arrange for scheduled events.
5) Conducts orientation program for new students with other members of faculty and staff.

7) Promotes student participation in social, cultural, and recreational activities.
8) May coordinate preparation and publishing of student affairs calendar.
