1- Preparing and closing all financial reports income statement, trial balance & balance sheet.
2-Following fixed assets and its depreciation.
3-Account receivable and all required following report - monthly aging.
4- Ensure accurate for salesmen accounting for credit and cash sales and all needed reports.
5- reviewing customers contract with key account managers.
6 - Preparing the pay roll and all related to salaries in addition to employee advance or loans & HR daily work.
7- Preparing and following all related to banks and the treasury accounts form cash collections or expenses.
8- Accounts payables with related reports as monthly base.
9 - Controlling on per paid expenses and accrued.
10- Ware house accounts and all control procedure.
11 - Cooperating with internal and external auditors.
12- Analyses and controlling all accounts, sundry debtor and creditor accounts on a monthly basis and takes
Appropriate action to eliminate any pending items.
13- forecasting the cash inflow weekly base, reviewing and comparing month by month variances from the previous
Year to the present.
14- In addition to handling operation Supervisor from 09/2005 to 04/2008.
15- credit controller
•Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.
•Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements.
•Liaising with the sales and accounts receivable teams to resolve outstanding queries.
•Ensuring that all major accounts work to agreed order to cash cycle.
•Daily and month end reporting and account reconciliations.
•Investigating and resolving queries relating to non payment of invoices.
•Working to strict monthly and annually collections targets.
