• Coordination and review of development of architectural and
engineering construction drawings.
• Conduct client meetings and project coordination and prepare
Minutes of the meetings to follow-up on outstanding actions.
• Provide technical solutions to resolve design issues.
• Prepares documentation for analysis and review for specific issues.

• Responsible for generating architectural drawings utilizing Auto-
CAD, or other Software.

• Liaising with surveyors & other construction professionals regarding a project brief.
• Coordinate between Interior, Architecture, structure & MEP.
• Conducting periodic with site supervisor on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
• Technical Advisor on project sites for project manager, subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
