-Ensure all work meets and exceeds the contract specifications and standard of excellence.
-Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives.
-Identifying and resolving problems, completing audits, determining system improvements.
-Checking the maintenance issues and reporting to the concerned department.
-Create, document and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
-Supervise 220 workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.
-Design, develop and deliver quality control training programs
-Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to quality

-Prepare reports and rating systems in order to evaluate the quality of the tasks have been done
- Interact with patients to figure out their physical and psychological needs
- Identify patient actual and potential problems
- Devise treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual physical and psychological needs
- Maintain standards to ensure that safety precautions are established
- Perform all procedures for the patients and Document all patient records
- Collaborate with appropriate doctor with respect to treatment plans
- Providing information to patients and families about conditions and appropriate plans of action
- Daily checking of the stock on hand.
- Cooperate in patients’ urgent and emergency interventions.
- Place orders for patients’ medication and used materials from the hospital pharmacy
- Prepare patients and finalize papers for admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
Intensive Care unit (ICU)
- Caring of critical patients from A to Z including documentation.
- Managerial acts such as dealing with accident cases, checking store materials and medicines, placing medication orders from pharmacy, following up the maintenance issues with the maintenance department in order to insure good equipment’s functioning
