1. Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business 2. Developing and
presenting project proposals
3. Meeting with clients to find out their requirements 4. Producing plans and estimating budgets and
timescales
Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients 7. Managing construction schedules and budgets
8. Dealing with any unexpected costs 9. Atending site meetings to monitor progress
10. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers 11. Working with third parties
to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
12. Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards 13. Liaising with technical and
financial staff, subcontractors, legal teams and the clients own representatives 14. Overseeing
invoicing at the end of a project

Construction works and make testing & commissioning works and Operate and control :
1-power plant 30 MW for operation the port crane site and Reefers site Testing And
commissioning, punch list till hand over and complete operation.
Thats included building drinking water infrastructure, reverse osmosis desalination plant 10.000
CM/day pumping Station 10.000 CM steel holding tank
-2 constructon work from pipeline coming from shipyard to reservoir of fuel at SEPCO lll Rabigh power
plant, uploading jety

• Participating in meetings of projects linked to the equipment selection of each.
Consulting with construction & maintenance department for considering their Points of
view in their equipments requirement.
• Recruits, selects, supervises and evaluates technical and maintenance staff.

My responsibility is to: put the organization for manage all the equipment in The company, in
preparing the equipment Specifications for the projects and visibility Studies and all logistics
works in the projects.
• Carrying out engineering studies regarding modification of existing equipment & Suggesting
remedies & solutions.
• Evaluating offers for equipments required for each project reference to the inputs And
necessity of each and every one of them puting in mind the proposed time Schedule
required.
• coordinating between procurement departments & construction departments for All
equipments & material purchases.

• Evaluate current business processes and systems and equipment.
• Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency.
• Co-ordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency.
• Facilitate the preparation and analysis of reports.
• Organize and manage business meetings.
• Assisting with and/or conducting accident/incident investigations; hiring and Termination
decisions; and, environmental/health and safety/quality issues.
◦ Identifying and resolving
operations problems.
• Tracking equipment and merchandise sales to help generate sales-related revenue.
• Scheduling and performing timely repairs for rental and customer equipment.
• Creating work schedules and maintaining proper accounting of service technician
Productivity.
• Responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation.
• Estimate equipment and operators requirement.
• Evaluate operators.
• Plan and obtain systematic documentation procedures.
• Prepare and maintain records of repairs & maintenance procedures and work Strategy.
• Conducts periodic studies for improvement of operations quality.
• Maintains inventory of Equipments and parts.
• Responsible for managing the loading of vehicles, completed stock and load bay areas.
