I am leading the Education & Technology Business at Bahwan CyberTek. Have built the EdTech division from ground up, created an impressive portfolio of EdTech solutions to serve the Higher Education, K12, Corporate and Government clients by partnering with world class technology solution providers and OEM’s. My responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the Education and Technology division that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding customer segments, and optimizing pricing strategies.
Partnership and Alliances: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with technology companies, educational institutions, content providers, and other relevant stakeholders. Leverage these partnerships to expand the division's reach and offerings.
Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote products and services.
Operations and Customer Focus: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and feedback. Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team. Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Key Achievements:
- Achieved revenue of 1 million USD in last one year for the EdTech practice. Delivered 2x revenue than the assigned target for given year. Major clients include education ministries, universities and corporates.
- An active business pipeline of USD 5 million at various stages of maturity.
- More than 20+ strategic partners/OEMs signed, built a robust business model for EdTech practice. Key focus areas include, Digital Learning, STEAM, Robotics, AR/VR, 21st Century Classroom Technology, Gamification, and Technology Services.
- Conceptualized, designed and launched BCT Learning website, created numerous marketing literature, blogs, webinars, mailer campaigns, ministry and corporate sponsorships, and trade events.
- Established marketing, operations, services and support functions beyond the sales role to build the business from grounds up. Worked on strategic initiatives in achieving business goals and acting as delivery head for project implementations.

Director, Business Development, International Markets at Hurix Systems

- Best sales performer in Corporate Learning for FY17-18, generated close a million dollar in business.
- Breakthrough business from Middle East for technology solutions, custom content development and staff augmentation services, taking the revenue from under $100k to million dollars annually within 3 years.
- Acquired and managed marque clients from EMEA, USA, and South Asia with revenue ranging from $50k to $600k annually. Key clients include, Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (Energy), IATA (Aviation), Caesars Entertainment (Entertainment), UL EHS (Workplace Safety), First Gulf Bank (Banking), Commercial Bank of Qatar, Gulf Bank, National Bank of Oman, JAFZA (Government), Learning Tree International (Training), and many more.

- Worked with marketing team to revamp company website, social media presence and ad spending which increased our inbound leads by 5x.
- Handling a team of inside sales, pre sales and lead generators.
- Represented Hurix at major eLearning conferences and events across EMEA, UK and USA.
