• Working on HR software, prepare payroll, annual leaves, reports, ..., etc).
• Liaise with any Governmental Sectors (i.e. Social Security, ISTD, Labour Union) whenever it is needed.
• Manage and monitor Recruitment process from CV’s collection, database, filtering, interviews for Attarat Project staff employment.
• Manage and monitor benefits & allowances that all staff have (i.e. Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Travel Insurance, allowances, Travel Allowances, Telecommunication, ..., etc).

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the payroll process as per SITE GROUP procedures.
 Check and update employees’ financial data and ensure that any financial changes have been registered and uploaded correctly to SITE GROUP HR system.
 Supervise and assist HR Officer and HR Site Coordinators while conducting their duties.
 Manpower planning.
• Participate in preparing the annual recruitment plan for the whole company.
• Arrange with the sections heads in order to drawing the Organization Charts.
• Write job Ad, coordinate with recruitment agencies.
• Receiving CVs from both job Ad and our website.
• Filtering, screening the CVs and save them in our Database.
• Matching between the qualified CVs with the available vacancies.
• Interviewing the candidates to assess and evaluate them for the available positions.
• Arrange for the functional interview with the direct manager to make the final decision.
• Setting up the salaries according to salary scale.
• Prepare all the paperwork related to employment; i.e. letter of offer, employment contract, consultancy agreement, service agreement etc...
• Work along and commit to the budgeted recruitment plan.
• Responsible for producing reports regarding various HR issues and activities such as (monthly HR Statistics, weekly and monthly detailed recruitment reports).
