▪ Coordinate the work between the Human Resources Section and IT Department for related Oracle- HR business.
▪ Work with operation and training departments to distribute the new employees to regions.
▪ Ensuring that staff list has updated and assigned according to the company policy, Correct Departments and positions.
▪ Updating employment records related to transferring, promoting and changing job titles on the ERP system.
•Recording details of the new employees on the oracle system.
▪ Record and manage all vacations types on the oracle system.
▪ Record and manage all exit types (Resignation, Termination, End of contract, etc..) on the system.
▪ Preparing end of service letters according to Saudi labor law.
▪ Authorized by the company to manage all Communication services with STC and Mobily.
▪ Implementing and manage all Services (Mobile, Land lines, Circuits, Modems, ...)
▪ Manage more than 1000 Accounts and provide the monthly invoices with the details to financial department for payment.
Manage the Manpower in the project and provide the HR Dep. with the newly Joining.
▪ Supporting all employees in the site and resolving all issues in the requests.
▪ Update the transferring of the employees in ERP from Project to project.
▪ Creating new positions as needed.
▪ Assign the requested to the related Departments.
▪ Modifying and delete the vacations and exit requests form the ERP system.
Manage/Supervise more than 30, 000 files, Iqama and passports
Record all vacations types on the system.
▪ Record all exit types (Resignation, Termination, End of contract, etc..) on the system.
▪ Preparing employment letters, end of service letters.
▪ Preparing the labor office, iqama procedures.
▪ Update the passports information in Jawazat, Escape notify and all Jawazat Business.
▪ Supervise/manage Archiving Unit to safe the files and passports for +30, 000 employees in Riyadh.
Process paperwork for new employees and enter the information into Oracle system.
▪ Applying the absence and vacations types, resignation requests on the system.
▪ Update employee information, such as exemptions, transfers to maintain and update payroll records. ▪ Update iqama and passports information on the system.
▪ Update the locations and projects for the employees once transfer them to another project.
▪ Recording the monthly timesheet.
▪ Print pay slip and statements for the employees.
