Preparing sketch plans for the stores to have appropriate display space for each brand.

Preparing quarter tracker & OTB reports by brand and region

Providing the list of SKU’s to merchandising teams for rotation and prioritizing the best sellers.

Maintaining brand assortment reports for buying team to identify the sell thru for each SKU and the ideal no. of SKU’s for each category & brand.

Preparing sale and markdown list for sale event or transferring the stocks to outlet stores and reducing the aged & slow moving stocks

Monitoring the sales and stock on hand situations of the stores and informing the merchandising team if any store is over or under stock

Doing store visits and coming up with suggestions.

Allocating of new shipment and doing stock rotation between different stores

Making sure that the stores have an ideal level of SKU’s & qty

Identifying best sellers and making sure that it is available at all the stores.

Monitoring slow selling SKU’s and taking action in order to increase its sales like doing set boxes or GWP’s.

Pulling out old/non-moving stocks from the stores and sending it to outlet stores

Managing stocks for outlet & exhibitions

Prepare monthly reports for the suppliers about brands & recommending actions

Doing store visits and coming up with suggestions.

Tracking of shipments and handing with discrepancies & Claims

Making sure that shipment reaches to store on time and providing them the retail prices.

Allocating of shipments based on sales history and stock on hand quantity.

Providing the list of Promotional/Markdown SKU's to the stores.

Monitoring stock on hand quantities and orders placed by the stores to ensure that they are not over or under stock.

Conducting store to store transfer to ensure availability of goods in the stores.

Ensuring that stores GRN(Goods receiving note) on timely basis to ensure stock files accuracy.

Conducting stock take investigation to find out the reasons for stock losses or gains.

Handling issue related to stores and their requirements.

Coordinating with finance departments, providing them the approval for the payments to the suppliers.

Directly dealing with customers and meeting their requirements

Maintaining customer records

Informing customer about the availability of the stocks and new arrivals

Assisting in placing of replenishment orders and ordering of new stocks.
