for Digital Set-Top Box.
• Management via the Agile Scrum framework: Sprint management, stand-up meeting, groom the
product backlog, set the tasks’ prioritization and communicate and present the burn-up charts
• Lead and manage a team of 6 developers engineers, including recruiting, hiring and training
• Define scope, develop the WBS, project schedule, project budget
• Ensure effective and efficient communication with the upper manager (PMO, Senior project
management): Prepare and present project KPI’s, the progress and status reports

Design, implementation, bug fixing of feature for Set-Top Box
• Defect tracking management (bugzilla and Jira): Analyse, description and defect review
• Development of Embedded features for the STB: DVB monitoring, recording, subtitles management,
memory management, Viaccess and Nagra certification

Design and implementation of applications and drivers for a printer B2B and B2C
• Integration and firmware generation: generate script for daily building and keeping the Buildroot on
track
• Mentoring junior staff members, conduct meeting, provide work performance reporting
• Design, development and testing of embedded printer features

Design and implementation of applications for telecommunication devices
• Develop tools, layers and libraries to monitor telecommunication devices (ISDN, ADSL modems,
TR69, TR104, ACS - CPE WAN)
• Ensure the follow up of the project’s life with the customers
