General Description of Responsibilities /Task Performed

➢ Conducting safety indoctrination to all new employees on safety policy, basic safety rules to keep them aware of do's and don'ts of the company.
➢ Conducting safety Orientation to all employees based on the client safety standards.
➢ Train and educate workers on the job oriented safety requirements.
➢ Implementing the company Health, Safety and Environmental Standards at site
➢ Monitoring the unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and addressing it to the concerned for immediate rectification.
➢ Ensuring the corrective action has been done promptly
➢ Conduct investigation on accidents/incidents and prepare reports and advice safety measures to prevent recurrence.
➢ Conducting special audits on work permits, Confined space, Scaffolding and site safety rules, emergency mock drills at work site.
➢ Maintaining statistical records of all accident and incident reports.
➢ Conducting weekly safety tool box meeting to highlight current site safety issues and precautionary measures

➢ Prepare emergency procedures and organize emergency/fire drills.
