plan. Ensure that training records are maintained.

contract specifications, pertinent building codes & practices as well as national

review, monitor and document results.
Inspect and document the receipt of all materials to ensure compliance with
contract documents.

• Support Project Manager to manage and implement QA/QC System on the project Site.
• Attending site progress, technical and coordination meetings with operation director and manager to discuss the project quality issues
• Primarily responsible for the overall supervision structural and Architectural work including execution of job as per shop drawings, checking of layout, steel reinforcement, form work, waterproofing, Blockwork, plaster, tilling work, painting, and witness various Type of Test at site and laboratory.
• Responsible for reviewing civil/structural shop drawings to ensure its compliance with design requirements and to ensure that it has been properly coordinated with other disciplines and submitted as per construction schedule.
• Directly coordinating with the contractor regarding project activities such as the construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and client’s requirements.
• Reviewing operational process and installations to ensure that the subcontractors comply with the design, standards and specifications of the contract documents.
• Ensuring the subcontractors comply with operational and safety standards.
• Reviewing and supervising subcontractor daily and weekly inspection reports, providing documentation relating to changes in contract work.
• QA/QC inspections as per approved check sheet, method statement, specification and drawings on site.
• Supervision of Concreting for different Structural Elements.
• Attending concrete trial mixes for approval of design mix supplier.
• Preparation of progress reports on daily basis.
• Reviewing material/document submittals to ensure execution of work as per specification/manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Responsible for monitoring daily activities of the site such as to ensure quality of work in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, that only approved materials are used in compliance with shop drawings, inspection of materials delivered to site and report about the same to the management.
• Checking the Progress of Works to be according to the Scheduled Program and issuing necessary Instructions for speeding up in order to avoid delay.
• Assuring the safety of works as per the DM and EHS regulations.
• Liaising with Authority JAFZA regarding the work in execution and follow up on approval.
• Liaising with designing team regarding technical problems on site.
