I offer FREE evaluation of existing digital channels of banks and any retail business operating in the digital marketplace. If my evaluation report makes the board realize that it makes sense then I offer consultancy and advisory in building e-commerce / e-banking strategies for major banks and large size retail businesses in the Middle East. Continuously refine and execute Bank’s overall digital strategy for International and Domestic operations in cyber space. Responsibility includes developing guidelines to respond to threats and business opportunities related to the Internet. Steady growth of users’ base and migrating out of 5 million+ customers’ to satisfy bank’s overall goal of maximizing usage of e-Channels to reduce the operational cost and provide the best and trusted service. Confer and negotiate with managers from various internal departments such as Retail Consumer Finance Products owners, Corporate banking, Remittance group, Capital Services, Marketing, Various arms of IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Shariah and Conventional banking channels to develop and promote the smooth transition to electronic channels of Products & Services as well as retail customer base.
Manage team of Channel / Product Managers, Business Analysts to warrant Al Rajhi bank’s continuous leadership position in electronic banking.
Managed IS systems up to a value of Saudi Riyals 12m (full financial responsibility) for Saudi Arabian National Guard communication project in Cable & Wireless PLC and GPT Marconi using a range of hardware and software platforms including PCs, Novell LANs. Specializing in the design and construction of client server applications I have managed projects through from inception to completion, deploying in within time and cost targets. During my job at SANGCOM I Have worked as consultant for number of local and international companies including Ministry of Defense UK.
Academic Qualification Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences and English from Punjab University Lahore. Certificate in Computer Programming. Diploma in Commerce (Distinction in Practices of Accountancy) Trainings & Courses I have attended various trainings and courses for senior management and leadership roles as well as for technical side covering period of over 20 years. Have been representing my companies in international conferences and have delivered number of talks on virtual communities and e-Commerce.
