The company is biggest car buying platform of the middle eastern region with presence in UAE, KSA and OMAN. I am leading a team of 8 personnel. I work on strategy, budgets, management reporting, development of policies, systems, internal control processes and fund flow management. Review and presentation of reporting to Management/Investors. Budget planning & preparation, coordination, data collection and analysis for rolling forecasts. Handle Internal, External & Government Audits. Providing financial advisory to board, CEO and department heads on various OPEX & CAPEX proposals, preparation of feasibility studies and business cases for projects.

Main achievements include: Coordinated the series D funding round of company including financial and legal due diligence, handling investment banks queries and liaison with potential investors. Cleanup of 3 years accounting records and implementation of NetSuite. Design and implementation of budgetary controls

Own, manage and develop reports to feed pacing calls, ad hoc analysis, and blueprint cycles
Model revenue/CM convertibility for new deals to feed backlog forecasts prior to the project being created by the operating teams
Prepare pacing template submission for region commercial teams.
Analyzes week over week changes and prepares walks/cribs to assist leadership team
Attend deal calls to stay aligned to strategy and assists team in driving timeliness in proposal creation
Execute quarter close booking compliance process to ensure all deals closed during the quarter meet criteria for order booking/reporting.
Execute quarter close reporting for HQ and prepare closing package for review with CEO
Partner with Finance leader and Commercial leader to drive strategic initiatives to

Assist in building tools, processes and infrastructure that supports the organization's

Working as an independent consultant and serving different client needs like Accounting, VAT, Income Tax, Financial Software Implementation, Pricing Models, Investment Appraisals etc. Highlights: Worked as Outsourced CFO with 3 clients (IT Startups) Implementation of xero, unleashed and freshbooks for 9 clients. Company turnaround consultancy for one accounting practice including SOP design, workflows and staff training on work execution and fee calculation policies. Investment appraisals and investor pitch decks for major oil and gas projects in the Middle East

 Working with the Group's board in formulating financial strategy and in developing and executing long term financing plans
 Ultimate responsibility for and overall control of the Group's accounting function and financial systems
 Lead and develop the finance teams and the finance function from a strategic and day-to-day perspective
 Co-ordinate the production and review of weekly and monthly financial updates in accordance with Group reporting deadlines
 Continually review and update business unit KPIs, produce weekly and monthly KPI data, analyzing underlying trends and identifying variances for follow up
