CLIENT : Saudi Aramco RIGLESS SITE - 8
LOCATION : Haradh, Eastern Region Saudi Arabia.
I have been working in Sadara Chemical Company (ISOCYANATE Plant) as HSE Trainer as well as HSE Supervisor.
I was responsible to develop and communicate the training material.

Developing and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
* Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
* Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
* Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
* Assigned for establishing and checking systems and procedures pertaining to safety are strictly
complied with to minimize injury to people, damage to asset and negative impact on the
environment.
* Monitoring of HSE management and conduct auditing to measure the HSE performance in the
field activities. Stimulating unsafe act observation, near-miss reporting, the execution of method
statement, risk assessments and job safety analysis.
* Assigned for monitoring the prevailing working conditions and ensuring safe working practices in
the Company's areas including compiling and reviewing safety program, lock out system,
scaffolding system, industrial hygiene, fire prevention, safety orientation training, hazardous
material handling, PPE, housekeeping, maintenance practice and equipment guarding.
* Participating in HAZOP studies of process lines for modifications.
* Monitoring noise levels/up keeping of detectors/self-contained breathing sets of MSA, Dragger.
Assisting WITH safe certification of vehicles, portable pumps, welding generators etc.
* Ensuring safety regulations and following up for proper implementation and drawing the
attention of the management of any violations.
* Developing Safety Management Policies.
* Evaluating the workplace environment and developing safety-management policies that identify
and define the safety responsibilities of all employees.
* Assessing the nature of business activities, number of employees and existing policies.
* Developing and implementing organizational safety programs.
* Coordinating training programs for employees.
* Preparing monthly reports and making presentations to senior administrators.
* Giving Trainings of Induction - GIH (Guest In House), ER (Escape Respirator) and all other job
related topics to maintenance contractors and sub-contractors.
* Choosing of new PPE & special safety protection equipment and making budget estimate.
* Conducting daily Fire Safety Inspection, sometimes Drills on all permanent facilities.
* Conducting quarterly Loss Prevention Inspection and concentrating efforts on fire safety,
electrical hazards and fire protection etc.
* Conducting weekly safety meeting with contractors & sub-contractors.
* Conducting QHSE Training, meetings and “TOOL BOX” talks.
* Continues monitoring the work site condition.
* Control all the Employees and inspection for Safety and give instruction regarding Safety.
* Creating and conducting training programs for Foreman, Supervisors and workers for work in
condition.
* Daily liaison with clinets, contractors Safety department, on the (WAP), permit to work system.
* Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly inspection and Monitoring all activities and facilities.
* Determining the cause of any Accident or dangerous occurrence and recommend means of
preventing recurrence.
* Developing and implementing Safety Code of practice.
* Developing of Job Safety analysis (JSA/JHA) and Hazards Identifications
* Follow up Awareness Programs of Loss Prevention and Safety Hazards.
* Implementation of all safety polices and safety procedures
* Inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment and processes in working areas to ensure
compliance with safety regulation and standards to protect the employees and environment.
