Responsible for all sorts of activities both engineering and administrative affairs of an area with gas distribution to over 120, 000 number of consumers including industrial commercial and domestic consumers.

Successfully managing all activities of Distribution maintenance department of SNGPL in district Sialkot regarding emergency handling, maintenance of undergrounds network and allied assemblies etc, and compliance with API 1104, ASME B 31.8 using line Pipe in compliance with American standard API 5L in rehabilitation of old network.
Successfully implemented Safety standards, to achieve zero accidents while performing all kinds of maintenance activities including emergency handling.
Efficiently handling all kinds of emergencies/ruptures within stipulated times in functional compliance to Regulatory Standards and technical compliance to API 1104, ASME B 31.8 using line Pipe in compliance to standard API 5L.
Successfully carrying out all necessary correspondence with Federal Regulatory Body.
Replacement of underground network after preparing justified feasibilities for corroded network considering factor as Aging, Protection level, Coating condition, leaks per KM, loss of gas in designated area, abnormal depth of network etc. (Contributed in reducing 21 percent of Total Loss)
Undertaken Underground Laser Leak detection survey and rectification of the same and meeting annual targets in respect to achieve complete network scanning in three years. (Pipeline network length : 5000 KM) and reducing gas losses (saving USD 400, 000 Annually)
Carrying out Periodic maintenance activities as per schedule for keeping equipment reliable and running all the times. (Equipment including Welding plants, Pumps, Generators, Compressors, Mainline valves, Underground pits, drilling machines, vehicles, toeing vehicles, Outrider machines, Saddle fusion machines and various tools)
Carrying out network modifications as per requirements after meeting procedural requisites.
Maintaining Gas network drawings and online GPS software updated to monitor flow of gas strictly as per record.
Budgeting and planning for Revenue as well as Capital jobs for meeting respective targets and controlling expenses during executions within approved budgets and preparing completion reports annually without compromising Quality and HSE.
Dealing with all outside agencies including Highways, motorways, Electricity companies, Telecom companies, law enforcement departments, Water sanitation department etc on behalf of SNGPL Sialkot Region for coordination where required.
Preparing estimates for outside departments regarding shifting of underground network and above ground installations for clearance of ROW for any upcoming projects and executing the same in compliance to API 1104, ASME B31.8 and API 5L.
Dealing with all administrative affairs of Maintenance department in capacity of in charge.
Random vigilance and monitoring of field staff to ensure QA compliance, HSE compliance and productivity.
Periodic training of Field staff for HSE and QA affairs to maintain desired standard of workmanship.
Presenting progress reports to Regional Head regarding maintenance department.
Monitoring pipeline patrolling activities to ensure safety of infrastructure of gas pipelines and dealing with potential threats accordingly.
Replying to audit observation and taking corrective measures thereof.
