I was worked as "Operation Manager" with Aljazira Gas power plant of 65 MW,
Consisting of 9 Turbomach Taurus 60 gas turbine (5.5 MW each) and one Titan-130 (15MW)
Participated during the erection & commissioning of all Gas Turbines.
I have experience of Turbo Tronic series (TTS3 & TTS4) system.
I have experience of A level & B level maintenance of Turbine.
I have experience of off line Turbine Washing.
Aljazira Rental Gas Power Plant 15MW (Yemen)
Participated during the erection & commissioning of 4-gas turbines Solar, model Taurus 60.
My Responsibilities: Responsible for coordination with PEC (Public Electric Corporation)
Responsible to analyze and calculate daily performance of plant and implement measures for improvement in efficiency of plant.
Manage the start-up/shut down of Gas turbines and their Auxiliaries.
Operating, Checking and also performing main role in maintenance work of gas turbines.
Responsible for trouble shooting, maintenance and overhauling.
Monitor spare parts inventory control and rationalize the stock levels.
Prepare requisitions of consumables, routine and spare parts.
April, 96 -Dec, 09 Kohinoor Mills Limited 32 MW (Genertek Division) Pakistan.
I worked as "Assistant Electrical Engineer" at 32 MW Thermal & Gas power plant consisting of 1 Turbomach Taurus 70 gas turbine (7.5 MW Solo Nox) and 3 Niigata engines duel fuel (5.96MW each) and three gas engines caterpillar 3520C (1.95 MW each) and two diesel engines caterpillar 3512 (1.02 MW each)
Participated during the erection & commissioning of 3 Niigata engines, each capacity 5.96 MW, Model 18V32CLX.
Also Participated during the erection & commissioning of Duel Fuel system on Niigata engines.
Participated during the erection & commissioning of Gas Turbine Capacity 7.5 MW, Model Taurus 70.
Participated during the erection & commissioning of three Caterpillar gas engine Capacity 1.95 each, Model 3520C.
Participated during Rental generator of Gas Engines Caterpillar 3516A.3516B and Jenbacher J320GS.
Participated during the erection & commissioning of Rice Husk boiler Capacity 25 Ton/hour.
