• Implement marketing strategies & market characteristics,
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities/policies of the company.
• Available 24/7 on cell and e mail to assist valued customers in order to provide good services,
• Long-term contracts with Cargo Agents and Executives in North Pakistan.
• Analyze business development and monitor market trends.
• Timely monitor and evaluate the aviation services markets and trends, identify and quantify relevant opportunities.
• Overall increase the company’s sales revenue and achieve given targets.
• Look after Cargo loading & planning list with coordination of Ground handling Agent.
• Responsible for cargo space of Daily EY flights Aircraft A330’s, 320’s and 777’s.
• Preparation of freight calculations and quotations,
• Performing of presentations for new/other products such as (KQ/UA/LC cargo as they are also part of our GSA), new sales plan to teams and customers of different products.
• Fully command on Citrix the web booking system of Etihad Crystal Cargo.
• Daily Personnel Visits to all local ISB customers and fortnightly visits to PEW station and quarterly to Faisalabad & Sialkot.
• Looking after discrepancies, UTL cases, Claims and all other issues.
• Dealing in DGR Cargo.
• Forwarding major part of US embassy export and import by EY & UA.
• Myself is also working as Sales Manager for rest all Three GSA’s of our Group (Sales Manager United Airlines)(Sales Manager Kenya Airlines) & (Sales Manager Leisure Cargo)
• My prime Duty is as a Station Head for Etihad Crystal Cargo Islamabad & Peshawar.
