Job Responsibilities
o Customization & Creation of Reports & Forms for Primavera Contract Management (PCM13) using Infomaker.
o Administration of PCM 13 (Server Configuration, users accounts, and users templates)
o Setting up & Configuration new projects & templates.
o Technically supporting for Installation & configuration or P6/ PCM 13/ etc.
o Creation of Meeting Minutes, RFI, Submittal, Transmittal, Purchase Order, Letter, Cost Management, etc.
o Scheduling: Development of Base Line Schedule using Planning Software PRIMAVERA (P6- R8)
o Preparation of Weekly; Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule. Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
o Responsible for the physical management and tracking of policies, revisions, change documentation, and signature logs in accordance with Company policy.
o Prepares process and status reports; applies metrics to analyze and assess efficiencies of current Document Control processes.
o Reviews change control documentation for accuracy and completeness.
o Coordinates regular review of policies.

o Monitor system performance
o Create file systems
o Install software.
o Create a backup and recovery policy
o Monitor network communication
o Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out.
o Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network
