Handled purchase and sales conveyancing transactions from initial instructions, exchange of contracts to completion and post completion in respect of leasehold and freehold properties. Handled re-mortgages, transfers of equity, sales and purchases of shared ownership and new build purchases.
•Worked on 20 pre exchange conveyancing matters per week and completed 30 to 50 matters per month.

•Undertook any additional delegated tasks including dealing with pre exchange of contract work, title reports, searches, raising enquiries etc.
•Managed post-exchange work and registrations, including completion statements
•Managed post-completion work including stamping of documents, Registration and Scheduling of Deeds
•Maintained my own diary and handled matters arising from transactions.

Managed my own caseload which involved sales and purchases conveyancing, from initial instruction, exchange of contracts to completion of Freehold and Leasehold residential properties referred by Countrywide Estate Agents nationwide. Gained knowledge and experience of using Solicitor Case Management System and maintained a monthly target of 30 completions with assistance from a Legal Assistant.
