●Preparation and finalization of annual audit plan;
●Preparation and finalization of agenda items for quarterly and annual meetings of Board Audit Committee;
●Looking after administrative afairs of entire Audit group.
●Carrying out inter group coordination for submission of data outside Audit group (catering inter group dependencies)
●Compilation and consolidation of data pertaining to Audit group for submission to External quality assessors and State Bank of Pakistan.
●Presenting monthly performance review report to CIA and his direct reportees with respect to KPIs of the Group.
●Tracking monthly and quarterly spending against budget. This includes in time escalation of possible budget breach under any account head and recommending areas for budget reallocation.
●Supervising fixed assets inventory of Audit group. This includes
