Creating Technical documentations (HLD, LLD) and Project execution & implementation.
2. Configuration and maintenance of Cisco Routing and Switching domain.
3. To coordinate the timely repair and return to service of any faulty systems or items of
equipment.
4. Configuration and troubleshooting F5-LTM and Peplink Load balancer.
5. Securely deployment and configuration of Symantic and Mcafee End Point Protection.
6. Installing and Patching various security appliances and services like AV/Firewalls/EPS.
7. Experience with network monitoring systems (such as Cacti/Cisco CNA, SolarWind NPM).
8. Establish and implement procedures to ensure the backup of data in any IT system.
9. Rebuild data corrupted by either hardware or software faults.
10. Coordinate the investigation and timely handling of any software fault reports or
enhancement requests.
11. Provide manuals on the use of any IT systems and incorporate those manuals into the
relevant operating procedures of the hotel.
12. Arrange the distribution of Audit and other regularly system-produced reports.
13. Establish necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the IT Services.
14. Provide technical assistance to Internal or External Audit staff.
15. Planning, designing and configuring IP addressing scheme for different topologies
16. Following the complete process of ITIL incident and Problem management.
17. Planning, configuration and management of routing i.e. RIP, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP
18. NAT and ACL implementations and Traffic Policing.
19. Data Center Network. Nexus 7k and 5k. VPC configurations.
20. Cisco and Paloalto network firewalls deployment and configurations.
1. Remote Sites Connectivitythru ISP Cloud via BGP and MPLS Protocols.
2. Security Patch, vulnerability and Risk management.
3. Designing and Deployment of Access and Distribution Layers switches/firewall and
Routers.
4. Proxy Server and Web Application Firewalls Configurations.
5. Operations and Maintenance for Network Infrastrucutre and Security appliances.
6. Configuration and deployments Palo Alto Network and Fortiget Firewall.
7. Bluecoat Proxy and Cisco WSA Proxy full deployment.
8. Create Network assessment documentation and updating the same Monthly.
9. Following ITIL life cycle while delivering services to the customers.

Data Network Equipment’s, 300+ Switches, 200 Routers)
project.
2. Team leader, assigning daily task to group members and create the daily report as per
the task completion/pending.
3. Offshores Network Maintenance and Operations.
4. ISO 20000/27001 best practices for ITSM/ISMS services management.
5. Discovering Uplinks to Distribution and Core Layer of the ARAMCO Network.
6. Providing Post Migration and Pre Migration services to the clients.
7. Involved in Migration of the services & devices during off hours.
8. Creating Daily and Monthly field Reports and escalate L2 issues to High level
management if any.
