Managing the construction process from the stage of conceptual development through final construction and making
sure that the project gets done on time & within budget
Having 2 years’ experience in quantity surveying and estimation in EL SEIF Company which includes quantity of
concretes, blocks, steel, shuttering of plywood and other construction materials as per the BOQ.
Coordinating with sub-contractors for execution of contract as per set terms and conditions
Monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance
Evaluating project progress; updating the management on the status of the project
Interacting with Purchase Department for ensuring availability of deliverables at the site
Undertaking cost analysis of materials and contractual impact of the claim components; analyzing and generating
time & cost impact; conducting delay analysis of engineering works based on instructions from client
Performing routine & periodical on and offsite quality inspections and quality audits at sites and notifying the non-
conformances identified during inspection
Implementing safety measures for man and machine safety for achieving zero accident at site
with UAE & Saudi attestation).
